"Easy return and quick refund"
From what I remember, I accidentally ordered the wrong size on Codi Book and was a little nervous about returning it since it was my first time shopping there. But the process turned out to be straightforward, and the instructions were easy to follow. I sent the item back and got my refund sooner than I thought I would. I also asked customer service one question, and they replied politely. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience

I really like the look and feel of this, and it seems well made. The only thing is that it runs a bit small, so I’d probably recommend sizing up if you’re between sizes. Other than that, I’m happy with it and would still wear it often.

"Cute outfits and easy to shop"
I ordered from codibook.net because I really liked how they show full outfits together instead of just random single pieces. It made it way easier for me to pick stuff since, honestly... I’m not the best at matching clothes on my own. The site was simple to use, and there were a lot of cute Korean-style options. Shipping did take a little while, but everything looked like the photos when it arrived. Overall, I’m happy with my order.

"Really happy with the quality"
I ordered a couple of tops from codibook.net and, i was pleasantly surprised. The fabric feels soft and doesn’t have that cheap feel, and the stitching looks neat and well done. One of the shirts was a little thinner than I expected, but it’s still cute and totally wearable. Overall, my order matched what I was hoping for, and I feel comfortable buying from them again.

Most of the items fit pretty much how I expected, which was a relief since I’m always a little cautious when spending money on clothes online. One top did feel a bit smaller than the others, but overall I’d say it was a decent buy for the price.

I ordered from codibook the delivery was REALLY solid. I was a little worried it might take longer than expected, but it showed up right when they said it would. Tracking was simple to follow, and the package arrived in good shape too. No drama at all, just got my stuff on time. I’d definitely order again.

"Neat, safe packaging"
My order from codibook.net showed up packed really nicely. The box wasn’t smashed or anything, and the clothes were folded neatly in their own little bags, so nothing felt dusty, wrinkled, or messy.
I also liked that the packaging wasn’t over the top!! Not a crazy amount of tape or plastic, just simple and clean... everything arrived in good shape, so yeah, I’m happy with it.

"Checkout was a little frustrating"
The payment page froze on me twice while I was trying to check out, and I still ended up getting charged for shipping. It wasn’t the end of the world, but it did make the process a bit more frustrating than I expected

I ordered a jacket from Codi Book and, the tracking was spot on. It updated at each step, even after the package arrived in my country, which was nice because I didn’t have to keep wondering where it was. The delivery ended up coming on the day the tracking showed too. It wasn’t anything super flashy, but it did what it was supposed to do, and I was happy with the experience overall.

"Good Support, Just a Little Slow"
I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to customer service. They got back to me quickly and explained what was going on, which I appreciated. It did take a little longer than I would’ve liked to get everything sorted, but that happens sometimes. The important thing is they were polite, actually helpful, and fixed the problem. Overall, it was a good experience, just not perfect.

The fabric surprised me, it feels nicer than I expected and definitely not that thin, cheap kind. I’ve already worn it a few times, just around and out, and it’s still holding up well. Also, it still looks good after wearing it, which I wasn’t totally sure about at first

I ordered the knit top and skirt, and the colors were almost exactly like the pictures. The beige is just a little warmer in person, but you barely notice it once it’s on. Overall, I’m still really happy with the set.
